1. General Provisions

The NoMore app is designed with a focus on minimal data collection and user privacy protection. We do not require registration and do not create user accounts.

2. What Data We Collect

Most of the data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. This includes: work schedule, usage statistics.

However, to improve the app, we automatically collect a limited amount of anonymous technical information, including:

• device information (model, OS version);
• app usage data (taps, screens, feature selections).

This data:

• does not identify the user;
• does not contain names, emails, or other personal data;
• is used solely for analysis and app improvement.

It is not possible to disable the collection of this anonymous statistics, as it contains no personal data and is only needed to improve the app.

3. Contacting Support

If you contact support via the mail app, technical information about your device (model, OS version) is automatically added to the email. This data is sent only as a result of your action (sending the email).

4. What Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or process:

• first and last name;
• email address (unless you provide it yourself);
• geolocation;
• advertising identifiers (IDFA);
• data for targeted advertising.

We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

All payments are processed by Apple Inc. through the In-App Purchase system. We do not have access to credit card data or payment information. Apple may provide us with anonymized information about subscription status.

Subscription management: You can manage your subscription and cancel it in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Notifications

The app uses push notifications for reminders. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

7. Data Storage and Management

• All user data is stored locally on the device.
• You can delete statistics through the app settings.
• Complete data deletion occurs when the app is uninstalled.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including EU countries), you have the right to: request access to data, request deletion of data, restrict data processing. Since data is mostly stored locally, you can manage it directly through the app.

9. Children

The app is not specifically intended for children under 13 years of age. We knowingly do not collect personal data from children.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be available within the app.
